Compared to some of the other citrus trees in cultivation, the Variegated Eureka Lemon is one of the most easy-going, and the more interesting ones in terms of its aesthetic (the variegations for one) and the fruit (which have pink flesh, and fruit that have funky yellow-green stripes as they grow, before they ripen). Thought to be a natural mutation, this tree is also self-fertilizing, with flowers that start off with deep pink tinges (like a magnolia flower) before blooming into a fragrant white.

How to Care for Pink Variegated Lemon Tree (Citrus Limon ‘Eureka’)?
Though this plant is a bit easier to care for than some of the other citrus trees, it’s important to keep in mind that they can be heavier feeders and are prefer a constant watering schedule. It’s recommended to keep the tree in loamy (nutrient-rich) soil and water thoroughly weekly, or when the soil starts to dry out, to support its luxurious flowers and fruit.
