Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Bookmark Plant Store! We are thrilled to bring our beautiful plants and arrangements directly to your doorstep. As a small, local business, we currently offer delivery within 50 km of our store location at 211-5795 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario, M2M 4J3, Canada. If you live farther out, have no fear! We’re excited to provide shipping options very soon. Keep yourself posted here or @bookmarkplants for updates!
For now, our current delivery policy is as follows:
Processing, Handling and Transit Time
We aim to process and prepare all orders for delivery within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date your order is placed.
Our average handling time is 1-7 days, and average transit time is 1-7 days.
If there are any delays beyond this timeframe, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery estimate.
Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery within 50 km of our store location at Yonge and Finch station. Our delivery radius includes Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, and Pickering.
If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please contact us at info@bookmarkplants.com before placing your order.
Delivery Process
To ensure that our plants make a safe and comfortable transit to your home, we deliver all local deliveries by hand with our in-house delivery team!
Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to confirm your address and schedule a delivery time that works for you.
Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location within the GTA. The cost will be displayed at checkout, free delivery may be available for orders over a certain amount. General payments can be made through the site (Refer to our Payment Policy Page). For any other methods of payment, you can contact us at info@bookmarkplants.com.
This is a brief breakdown of our fees:
Within 10km of our store location: For a limited time only, we provide free delivery for local buyers within this radius.
Between 11-20km: We provide free delivery for orders above $50. For orders under $50, we charge a $10 delivery fee.
Between 21-30km: We provide free delivery for orders above $50. For orders under $50, we charge a $20 delivery fee.
Between 31-50km: We provide free delivery for orders above $100. For orders under $100, we charge a $25 delivery fee.
Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, typically within 2 weeks of placing your order.
Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and route efficiency. We will work with you to find a convenient delivery window.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us immediately at info@bookmarkplants.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund. For more details, visit our refund policy page.
