At Bookmark Plant Store, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. Whether you need to cancel an order or return a plant, our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Cancellations
Eligibility:
You may cancel your order any time before it has been processed for shipment.
How to Cancel:
- Contact Us: Email info@bookmarkplants.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
- Confirmation: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund.
If Already Shipped:
Once your order is en route, cancellations are no longer possible. See the "Returns" section below for options if the product is defective.
Refunds (Defective or Damaged Products)
Our Commitment
We package each plant carefully to ensure it arrives healthy and secure. If your plant is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival, we want to make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for return.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
What to Include:
- Order Number
- Photos clearly showing the issue (e.g., plant damage, incorrect product)
Resolution
Once we review your claim, we will either replace the plant or issue a refund, depending on the situation. We may request that you return or dispose of the damaged plant, depending on the circumstances.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges.
We are unable to offer product swaps at this time.
Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse Are Not Accepted.
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind or preference after shipping.
Return Process
How to Start a Return:
- Email info@bookmarkplants.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions for next steps.
Important:
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- No restocking fees apply.
