Where Do You Deliver?

Local Delivery

All local deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area are completed by our in-house delivery team to ensure your plants arrive safely and in top condition.

What Does “Local Delivery” Mean?

• Within 10 km of our store

  • Free Delivery

• 10–50 km from our store

  • Free Delivery for orders over $50
  • $10 Delivery Fee for orders under $50

Canada-Wide Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping for customers outside our local delivery radius. Plants are carefully packaged in corrugated boxes with protective packing paper.

Shipping Costs

• Free Delivery for orders over $100
• $20 Delivery Fee for orders under $100

Shipping Methods

We primarily use Canada Post. However, Purolator and UPS may be used as alternative couriers based on circumstances like location and timing.

How Are Plants Packed?

We understand each plant is unique. While our online product photos showcase typical appearances, actual plants may vary slightly. To ensure you’re happy with your purchase:

1. Product Pictures Before Shipping
   We send photos of each specific plant (especially higher-value or unique specimens) before shipping.

2. Thorough Inspection & Quality Control
   Every plant is inspected, then individually packaged to protect it from handling and weather conditions during transit.

3. Weather Checks
   We monitor the forecast for both our location and the recipient’s to avoid shipping in extreme conditions.
