Where do you deliver to?

Local delivery

Our store is located at 211-5795 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario, M2M 4J3, Canada. To ensure that our plants make a safe and comfortable transit to your home, we deliver all local deliveries by hand with our in-house delivery team! 

What does local delivery mean?

Within 10km of our store location: We provide free delivery for local buyers within this radius.

Between 11-20km: We provide free delivery for orders above $50. For orders under $50, we charge a $10 delivery fee. 

Between 21-30km: We provide free delivery for orders above $50. For orders under $50, we charge a $20 delivery fee.

Between 31-50km: We provide free delivery for orders above $100. For orders under $100, we charge a $25 delivery fee.

If you are uncertain about your location and delivery options, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to work it out with you!

How long does the delivery take?

For all local delivery (Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Scarborough), orders will be delivered within 7-14 days.

How are the plants packed?

Not all plants are the same! Although we have plant pictures on our product page, the plants you receive may not always look the same. To make sure you’re happy with the plant you receive, we will send you a product picture for any plant before we ship them to you. All of our plants, including those being delivered locally, are thoroughly inspected and individually packaged by our team, so only top-quality plants reach your home. 

Additionally, we ensure each plant is properly protected and insulated from handling and weather conditions. We also ensure the weather for the plant’s projected travel is safe, and shipments are delayed in cases of severe weather conditions on our side, or the side of our recipient. 

How should I choose my first plant?

We love introducing the world of plants to people who haven’t quite gotten their foot on the green yet, and we love to help out. For each plant (as well as the plants within an arrangement), we provide a care description and bit of background (its native regions, its temperature tolerances, etc). If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out! We can give you recommendations based on the occasion, or according to your plant care habits. Whatever the case, we’d love to help!
