Peperomia Red Margin, Peperomia obtusifolia ‘Red Margin’

Peperomia obtusifolia (roughly translated to mean ‘that round pepper-like plant’), is a common, rather unremarkable plant. It’s a rubber plant without rubber, a radiator plant without warmth; it’s non-toxic, but not nearly as edible as its cousin, peperomia pellucida. But, sometimes, simplicity is a good thing. With its plump, easy ability to thrive, it’s often used as a symbol of resilience or hope for the future.
