Fittonia Albivenis

Also called the nerve plant, this houseplant is popularly used in terrariums for its humidity-loving tropical nature and its eye-catching leaves; in fact, outside the terrarium, this plant tends to throw a bit of a tantrum if it’s left to dry out. That being said, fittonia was reportedly used by Indigenous South American groups as a tea or poultice for headaches and muscle pain (don’t try this without professional discretion).
