From its leaves to its flowers, everything about it’s shaped like that little beating thing in your chest; therefore, love. Despite being native to the Americas, some even insist it’s a symbol of the Ancient Roman god of love, Cupid. In many cases, it’s used to ward negative energy or bring luck to relationships. As a symbol of lasting love, nothing does it better than the classic Esudo.
How to Care for Anthurium Esudo?
While this is a relatively forgiving plant, giving it extra care and attention will make its red hearts (spathes) bloom. From South and Central America, the anthurium enjoys bright (indirect) light, and a bit of humidity, though its delicate root season suffer when overwatered. They also prefer being bottom-watered (they don’t like getting their leaves wet).
